Bu Kullanım Koşulları, oiplan hizmetini kullanımını düzenler. oiplan'a kaydolarak veya hizmeti kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsın. Kabul etmiyorsan hizmeti kullanma.

1. Hizmetin tanımı

oiplan; görev yönetimi, e-posta (Gmail entegrasyonu), takvim, ekip mesajlaşması ve yapay zeka asistanını tek platformda sunan bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. Hizmeti geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya belirli özellikleri sonlandırabiliriz.

2. Hesabın

Doğru ve güncel bilgi vermekle yükümlüsün.
Hesabının ve şifrenin güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun.
Hesabın altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden sorumlusun.
18 yaşından büyük olmalısın.

3. Kabul edilebilir kullanım

oiplan'ı yasa dışı amaçlarla, spam veya istenmeyen ileti göndermek için, başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde ya da hizmete/altyapıya zarar verecek biçimde kullanamazsın. Gönderdiğin e-postaların ve davetlerin içeriğinden sen sorumlusun.

4. Gmail ve üçüncü taraf hizmetler

Gmail'i bağlaman isteğe bağlıdır. Bağladığında Google'ın kendi kullanım koşulları da geçerlidir. oiplan, Google verilerini Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklandığı şekilde işler. Erişimi istediğin an kaldırabilirsin.

5. Yapay zeka özellikleri

Yapay zeka çıktıları (taslaklar, özetler, öneriler) yardımcı niteliktedir ve hatalı olabilir. Göndermeden önce içeriği kontrol etmek senin sorumluluğundadır. oiplan, yapay zeka çıktılarının doğruluğunu garanti etmez.

6. Abonelik, deneme ve ödeme

Kurumsal hariç paketlerde ilk 1 ay ücretsiz deneme sunulur.
Ücretli paketlerin fiyatları ve içerikleri sitede belirtilir; güncellenebilir.
Deneme sonunda ücretli plana geçmezsen hesabın kısıtlı (salt-okunur) moda düşebilir.
Fiyat değişikliklerini önceden bildiririz.

7. Fikri mülkiyet

oiplan markası, yazılımı ve tasarımı bize aittir. Oluşturduğun içerik (görevler, e-postalar, notlar) sana aittir; hizmeti sağlamak için gereken ölçüde işleme hakkı bize verilir.

8. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, oiplan'ın dolaylı, arızi veya sonuç niteliğindeki zararlardan sorumlu olmadığını kabul edersin. Veri kaybına karşı önemli içeriklerini yedeklemen önerilir.

9. Fesih

Bu koşulları ihlal etmen halinde hesabını askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Sen de dilediğin an hesabını kapatabilirsin.

10. Değişiklikler ve iletişim

Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri bildiririz. Sorularını merhaba@oiplan.com adresine iletebilirsin.

These Terms of Service govern your use of oiplan. By signing up for or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of the service

oiplan is a productivity app offering task management, email (Gmail integration), calendar, team messaging, and an AI assistant in one platform. We may improve, change, or discontinue certain features.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
You must be over 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use oiplan for unlawful purposes, to send spam or unsolicited messages, in ways that infringe others' rights, or in ways that harm the service or its infrastructure. You are responsible for the content of the emails and invitations you send.

4. Gmail and third-party services

Connecting Gmail is optional. When you connect it, Google's own terms also apply. oiplan processes Google data as described in the Privacy Policy. You can revoke access at any time.

5. AI features

AI outputs (drafts, summaries, suggestions) are assistive and may be inaccurate. It is your responsibility to review content before sending. oiplan does not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

6. Subscription, trial, and payment

All plans except Enterprise include a 1-month free trial.
Paid plan prices and contents are stated on the site and may change.
If you do not move to a paid plan at the end of the trial, your account may switch to a limited (read-only) mode.
We notify you of price changes in advance.

7. Intellectual property

The oiplan brand, software, and design belong to us. The content you create (tasks, emails, notes) belongs to you; you grant us the right to process it to the extent needed to provide the service.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that oiplan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We recommend backing up important content against data loss.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also close your account at any time.

10. Changes and contact
