Bu Gizlilik Politikası, oiplan ("oiplan", "biz") hizmetini kullandığında verilerinin nasıl toplandığını, kullanıldığını, saklandığını ve paylaşıldığını açıklar. oiplan; görev yönetimi, e-posta (Gmail), takvim, ekip mesajlaşması ve yapay zeka asistanını tek platformda birleştiren bir üretkenlik uygulamasıdır. oiplan'ı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursun.

1. Topladığımız veriler

a) Hesap bilgileri

Kaydolduğunda adın ve e-posta adresin toplanır. Kimlik doğrulama altyapımız olarak Supabase kullanılır. Bir paket seçtiğinde plan tercihin ve deneme süresi bilgisi de saklanır.

b) Uygulama içeriğin

Oluşturduğun görevler, notlar, hatırlatıcılar, ekip kişileri ve mesajlar. Bu veriler ağırlıklı olarak tarayıcının yerel deposunda (localStorage) senin cihazında tutulur.

c) Google / Gmail verileri (yalnızca Gmail'i bağlarsan)

Gmail hesabını bağlamak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır. Bağladığında, yalnızca aşağıdaki işlevleri sağlamak için gereken erişim istenir:

E-postalarını okuma (gmail.readonly): Gelen kutunu, gönderilmiş öğelerini, konu ve içerikleri ve ekleri oiplan içinde görüntülemek; yapay zekanın senin yazım tarzını öğrenmesi için (istersen) gönderdiğin e-postaları incelemek.
Senin adına e-posta gönderme (gmail.send): Senin başlattığın yanıtları, yeni e-postaları ve davetleri kendi hesabından göndermek.

oiplan, Gmail'ini silmez, ayarlarını değiştirmez ve talep etmediğin bir işlem yapmaz. Bu erişimleri istediğin an kaldırabilirsin (bkz. Bölüm 6).

2. Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

Hizmeti sana sunmak: görevlerini, postanı, takvimini ve mesajlarını göstermek ve yönetmek.
Senin başlattığın işlemleri gerçekleştirmek: e-posta yanıtlamak/göndermek, maili göreve çevirmek, davet göndermek.
Yapay zeka özellikleri: yalnızca ilgili butona bastığında (taslak yazma, özetleme, öneri, stil öğrenimi) çalışır.
Hesabını yönetmek ve güvenliği sağlamak.

3. Verilerin nerede işlendiği ve saklandığı

Gmail verilerin öncelikle tarayıcında işlenir ve cihazının yerel deposunda tutulur; sunucularımızda kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.

Yapay zeka özelliklerini kullandığında (yalnızca senin bir AI butonuna basmanla), ilgili içerik — örneğin cevap taslağı üreteceğimiz e-posta ya da özetleyeceğimiz yazışma — bir taslak/özet üretmek amacıyla güvenli sunucumuz (Supabase Edge Function) üzerinden yapay zeka sağlayıcımız Anthropic'e iletilir. Bu içerik yalnızca senin istediğin çıktıyı üretmek için kullanılır; yapay zeka modellerini eğitmek için kullanılmaz ve kalıcı olarak saklanmaz.

4. Verileri kimlerle paylaşıyoruz

Verilerini satmıyoruz ve reklam amacıyla kullanmıyoruz. Yalnızca hizmeti sağlamak için gereken hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışırız:

Google — Gmail API üzerinden e-posta erişimi (senin iznineyle).
Anthropic — yapay zeka özelliklerini çalıştırmak için (yalnızca sen kullandığında; model eğitimi yok).
Supabase — kimlik doğrulama ve altyapı.

5. Google Kullanıcı Verileri — Sınırlı Kullanım (Limited Use)

oiplan'ın Google API'lerinden aldığı bilgileri kullanımı ve aktarımı, Google API Hizmetleri Kullanıcı Verileri Politikası'na (Sınırlı Kullanım gereksinimleri dahil) uygundur.

Buna göre oiplan:

Google kullanıcı verilerini yalnızca kullanıcıya sunduğu ve bu politikada açıklanan özellikleri sağlamak için kullanır.
Google kullanıcı verilerini reklam (kişiselleştirilmiş, yeniden hedefleme veya ilgi alanına dayalı dahil) için kullanmaz veya aktarmaz.
Google kullanıcı verilerini genel amaçlı yapay zeka/makine öğrenimi modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz veya aktarmaz.
İnsanların Google kullanıcı verilerini okumasına yalnızca kullanıcının açık onayıyla (belirli iletiler için), güvenlik/uyum gereği ya da veriler anonimleştirildikten sonra izin verir.

In English: oiplan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Erişimi kaldırma ve verilerini silme

Gmail erişimini istediğin an kaldırabilirsin:

oiplan içinde: Ayarlar → Entegrasyonlar → Gmail → Bağlantıyı kes.
Google tarafında: Google Hesabı → Güvenlik → Üçüncü taraf erişimi üzerinden oiplan erişimini iptal et.

Cihazındaki uygulama verilerini Ayarlar → Veri → Örnek veriye sıfırla ile ya da tarayıcı verilerini temizleyerek silebilirsin. Hesabının ve ilişkili verilerin tamamen silinmesini istersen merhaba@oiplan.com adresine yazman yeterli; talebini makul sürede yerine getiririz.

7. Veri güvenliği

Verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız: aktarımda şifreleme (HTTPS), yapay zeka API anahtarının yalnızca sunucuda tutulması ve erişimin oturum açmış kullanıcılarla sınırlanması. Hiçbir yöntem %100 güvenli olmasa da verilerini korumaya özen gösteririz.

8. Çocukların gizliliği

oiplan 18 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde seni bilgilendirir ve gerekiyorsa Google kullanıcı verilerini yeni bir amaçla kullanmadan önce onayını isteriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayınlanır.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how oiplan ("oiplan", "we") collects, uses, stores, and shares your data when you use the service. oiplan is a productivity app that combines task management, email (Gmail), calendar, team messaging, and an AI assistant in one platform. By using oiplan you accept this policy.

1. Data we collect

a) Account information

When you sign up, your name and email address are collected. We use Supabase for authentication. When you choose a plan, your plan preference and trial period are also stored.

b) Your app content

The tasks, notes, reminders, team contacts, and messages you create. This data is stored mainly in your browser's local storage (localStorage) on your device.

c) Google / Gmail data (only if you connect Gmail)

Connecting your Gmail account is entirely optional. When you connect it, we request only the access needed to provide the following features:

Read your emails (gmail.readonly): to display your inbox, sent items, subjects, contents, and attachments inside oiplan; and, if you choose, to review the emails you have sent so the AI can learn your writing style.
Send email on your behalf (gmail.send): to send the replies, new emails, and invitations that you initiate, from your own account.

oiplan does not delete your Gmail, does not change your settings, and takes no action you have not requested. You can revoke this access at any time (see Section 6).

2. How we use data

To provide the service: to display and manage your tasks, mail, calendar, and messages.
To carry out actions you initiate: replying to/sending email, turning email into a task, sending invitations.
AI features: these run only when you press the relevant button (drafting, summarizing, suggestions, style learning).
To manage your account and keep it secure.

3. Where data is processed and stored

Your Gmail data is processed primarily in your browser and kept in your device's local storage; it is not stored permanently on our servers.

When you use AI features (only when you press an AI button), the relevant content — for example the email we will draft a reply to, or the conversation we will summarize — is transmitted through our secure server (a Supabase Edge Function) to our AI provider, Anthropic, in order to produce a draft/summary. This content is used only to produce the output you requested; it is not used to train AI models and is not stored permanently.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising. We only work with the service providers needed to deliver the service:

Google — email access via the Gmail API (with your permission).
Anthropic — to run AI features (only when you use them; no model training).
Supabase — authentication and infrastructure.

5. Google User Data — Limited Use

oiplan's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Accordingly, oiplan:

Uses Google user data only to provide and improve the features shown to the user and disclosed in this policy.
Does not use or transfer Google user data for advertising (including personalized, re-targeted, or interest-based advertising).
Does not use or transfer Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.
Allows humans to read Google user data only with the user's explicit consent for specific messages, where required for security or to comply with laws, or after the data has been aggregated and anonymized.

6. Revoking access and deleting your data

You can revoke Gmail access at any time:

In oiplan: Settings → Integrations → Gmail → Disconnect.
On Google's side: revoke oiplan's access from Google Account → Security → Third-party access.

You can delete your on-device app data via Settings → Data → Reset to sample data or by clearing your browser data. If you want your account and all associated data permanently deleted, just email merhaba@oiplan.com and we will handle it within a reasonable time.

7. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), keeping the AI API key only on the server, and limiting access to signed-in users. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

8. Children's privacy

oiplan is not directed to anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before using Google user data for a new purpose. The current version is always published on this page.
